The Emco Computerized Embroidery Tack and Jump Lockstitch Quilter is based on the reliable Emco Lockstitch line of quilting machines. The stitching is a true locked stitch using a top thread and a bobbin. This versatile three needle bar machine is actually three machines in one. With three needle bars each 3 inches apart and needles spaced 1 inch apart, this machine can sew the small 6 inch repeat designs used for mattress tops and borders. Or the larger 12 inch repeat designs used on the more plush mattress tops. And, the machine can sew intricate continuous embroidery designs or the popular Tack and Jump style designs. Our simplistic computer controls allow even untrained operators to quickly master the full potenial of our computer system. Pattern correction controls allow the operator to easily adjust for correcting pattern distortion in real time while the machine is running. A library of over 100 pattern designs comes standard with each machine. A full 3 axis maintenance free AC servo system controls the needles and the movement of the cloth through the machine. New patterns can be requested by the customer and emailed direct to them for instant use. As standard equipment a motorized back stand, complete with a reversing dancer roller, pulls the finished goods from the quilter, ready to feed to a roll up device or cutting table. A pair of front mounted reversing rollers control the material under tension for 360 degree sewing of continuous and tack and jump designs. A front material handling feed stand and catwalk is included as standard equipment with this machine. Three large rolls of filling material and backing material can be loaded on this stand for easy delivery of raw materials into the machine. The front walkway gives the operator unobstructive accessibility to the front of the machine.
