The Emco Compustitch System is a user friendly intuitive Windows based operating environment. The system comes standard with a library of over 100 pattern designs, with hundreds more available. Simply scan through a visual display of pattern designs, select the design and press the start button, it’s that simple. Elaborate pattern designs that could not be achieved on a conventional cam driven ma-chine can now be easily accomplished on your machine. Intricate designs with uniform stitching throughout the pattern profile is one of the many benefits of this computer system. This uniform stitching of which can be varied from 4 to 12 stitches per inch, enhances performance of the machine resulting in increased production. The customer can email or fax us their own custom design patterns, and Emco will digitize the design and send back a finished and tested pattern for instant use.
